The map below shows the percentage of households who do not have access to rubbish disposal. In a scenario with increased number of storm events, the refuse from households, with no rubbish disposal, will find its way into storm water systems and river, creating blockages and increased pollution in water sources. The map below shows percentage of households living in informal dwellings such as shacks (including backyard and no backyard dwellings).
